What we collect
When you sign in, we receive your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile image. We also store session records, credit transactions, generation metadata, local order records, entitlements, delivery status for product email, and security logs.
Images and processing
Images you submit are sent to our background-removal processor for the requested job. Upload links are configured with short retention where supported. Do not upload confidential, illegal, or rights-infringing material.
Payments
Payment fields are handled by Yito Pay and its configured payment provider. FeyNoBg stores identifiers, SKU, price snapshot, status, and entitlement data, but not complete card details.
Analytics and communications
We may use privacy-minded traffic analytics and Google Analytics to understand aggregate product use. Branded transactional email is sent only after the FeyNoBg sending domain is verified; it is not substituted with an unrelated domain.
Retention and control
We keep account and transaction records for service, security, tax, dispute, and legal needs. You can request access or account deletion, subject to records we must retain.
